Partners:
     Dr Charles Fletcher MbChB, DRCOG, MRCGP qualified at Leeds University in 1978. His special interests include asthma and medicine of the elderly. He is also Medical Officer at the nearby Claro and Deverell Barracks.
     Dr Joy Fletcher MbChB, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP qualified at Leeds University in 1978, and is the wife of Dr Charles Fletcher. Her special interests include skin disease family planning and maternity care.   Stethoscope
     Dr Alistair Ingram B.Med.Sci.(Hons), BM.BS, DRCOG, MRCGP, qualified at Nottingham University in 1989. His interests include heart disease. He also works at Claro Barracks. He is the partner responsible for education and supervision of our GP registrars.
     Dr Rhonwen Bramley MbChB, MRCP, DRCOG, DFFP, qualified at Oxford University in 1996. She has a special interest in diabetes and maternity care.
     Dr Joanna Pears MbChB, MRCGP, DRCOG, DCH, DFFP qualified at Glasgow University in 1998.  Her special interests include child health, maternity and heart disease.
Assistant:
     Dr Jane Robinson MBChB, DRCOG, DCH, MRCGP, qualified at Leeds University in 1982. Her interests include child health, joint injections and women's health.
GP Registrar:
Our current registrar Dr Binooj Bhas is with us for 12 months.

Practice Nurses - Liz Watson, Jane Jeffrey and Sheila Gott. Liz is our nurse practitioner and is able to prescribe medicines and refer you to a hospital specialist if needed.  Jane and Sheila are also available by appointment for dressings, blood tests, ear syringing, immunisations, injections and cervical smears. They also carry out routine health checks in the Surgery and help to run the Diabetic, Asthma and Smoking Cessation clinics.  Our nurses are trained to give family planning and foreign travel advice  Liz has an interest in asthma and COPD, Jane in diabetes, and Sheila in wound care.

Health Visitor - Mrs Fiona Lindsay RGN,RHV, is highly trained to give expert advice on health care and prevention of illness. This work involves helping mothers, young children and families, the elderly, handicapped and the bereaved. She holds Child Health drop in clinics on a Tuesday and Thursday at the community centre and at Greystone School.  She works mainly with families, young children and teenagers.  Direct dial 645932.
District Nurses -  we have a corporate team of district nurses working across the three Ripon practices.  Their work involves routine home nursing for the housebound, chronically sick and those recently discharged from hospital. If you need help, please enquire at the surgery. pregnancy
Midwives - Nicola Bellerby and Debbie Pisani run the Antenatal Clinics with the Doctors on Monday mornings. Full antenatal and postnatal care is provided. For full details of maternity services, click here
Counsellor - Mrs Sandra Robson is available on Wednesday afternoons for counselling on a range of problems including depression, bereavement and relationship difficulties. Referrals are made through the GPs and can not be made directly.
Community psychiatric linker worker - Mrs Jane Conyers liaises closely with the local psychiatric services and offers a more specialist counselling service on Tuesday afternoons.
Practice Manager: Mr Robert Gammon - is responsible for the day to day administration of the practice.
